Service Agreements (MSA Priority)

Any IT services provided by WorryNot Works IT Services are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Schedule. These Terms do not modify or supersede any such agreement. If any term in this policy conflicts with your MSA, the MSA controls.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For clients with a signed Master Services Agreement or other service agreement, the governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms in that agreement control. Website-only disputes must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
